• Do not eat spicy, oily, acidic, or greasy foods.​​

• When the lips begin to shed, DO NOT pick, peel or pull on the skin.

​

• Apply given ointment several times a day for 10 days to keep your lips moisturized. DO NOT use any soaps or chemicals on your lips.

• DO NOT expose lips to direct sunlight or tanning beds.

​

• Keep your hands clean and avoid touching your lips until they are done healing.

​

• We highly recommend not eating for at least 4 hours after the procedure to reduce risk of infection.
